The small flow wrap machine is a new type of fully automatic continuous shrink packaging equipment. It adopts the common electric heating wire heating method, which has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, good stability, and low maintenance cost. However, as mechanical equipment, it is inevitable to encounter some malfunctions after long-term use and operation. Here we make a brief introduction, hoping to be helpful for flow wrap machine operators.

(1) The seal of the product packaged by the small flow wrap machine is wrinkled and burnt;
This is caused by the high temperature and slow speed of small flow wrap machine; the solution is to adjust the temperature to an appropriate range and increase the speed of small flow wrap machine.

(2) The cutting blade of the flow wrap machine for sale cuts on the product;
This indicates that the height of the blade holder of the flow wrap machine is not at the appropriate level, and the packaging speed is too fast, and the push rod and the cutting blade are not working at the same time. The solution is to adjust the packaging speed of the compact flow wrap machine and adjust the height of the blade holder.

(3) The cutting position of the package deviates from the color mark;
This is because the colors of the color mark on the flow wrap machine film is too light, causing the film to slip during the drive. The solution in this case is to adjust the sensitivity of the color mark sensor, and switch the tracking mode of the compact flow wrap machine to “tracking cut”.

(4) The temperature controller of the flow wrap machine pouch cannot control the temperature;
This may be due to the damage of the solid-state relay, and it is also possible that the temperature controller is malfunctioning. The solution in this case is to replace the temperature controller and the solid-state relay.

(5) The seal of the flow wrap machines for sale is not firm;
This may be because the speed of the flow wrap machines is too fast. The solution in this case is to appropriately reduce the speed of the mini flow wrap machine.

Warm tips: There is usually high voltage in the mechanical body of flow wrap machines, and the bottom plate is electrified. Therefore, maintenance personnel must pay attention to safe operations, protect themselves, and avoid unnecessary safety accidents.
